For our Preliminary Project, we were set a particular brief which we had to follow. Ours involved one character walking gradually towards a small music room, which contains a separate character playing the piano. We were put into groups, in order to test out different techniques, as we each had different strengths and weaknesses. This project gave us a chance to practice with different camera angles, editing and sound techniques and a number of other effects, without worrying about them ruining our eventual piece.
